Welcome to Nadia’s Spice Kitchen

My name is Nadia Simone Day and I enjoy mixing fairy dust into my batter and spices to better keep you coming back for more (at least that’s the word around town).  My moniker the heartful chef comes from my love of the art of cooking as the culinary arts is a multi-sensory experience where there is inspiration to be found everywhere. The beauty of having  the ability to play with fresh and sustainable ingredients such as, saffron, lemongrass, ginger, Rosemary, lavender, freshly ground Nigerian cayenne, Scotch Bonnet, mmm… the list goes on but to play, fuse & marry unique ingredients in a harmonious manner is the most fun a girl like me can have in the kitchen.  Here we will share recipes, tales of antiquity, nutrition, anecdotes and projects to better create a world of foodie heaven.
